Playing Dress Up!

Kayde's mom had the cute idea of doing a photo shoot of Kayde playing dress-up in her wedding gown. What a cool keepsake idea! I love how the froof of the tool almost swallows her up!

Maria & Ryan Engagement :: Minnehaha Falls Park

With the warm winter we had we were lucky to get a day in December where the snow was still on the ground for Maria & Ryan's engagement shoot. I was nervous for the challenge of shooting in the cold, but the beauty of the falls and surroundings and the charm of this couple made it easy!

Sheila's Bridal Portraits

I did this bridal portrait session last fall. It was done a few weeks after Sheila's wedding. The nerves and wedding jitters are gone and it's all about the beauty of her in her dress & the beauty of the fall season with a fashion photography feel. Thank you to Sheila for being a trooper as there was a fall chill to the air and a little tromping through brush in her heels. I think it was well worth it!

Kiera :: 1 year photos

This session for Kiera's one year were so fun...I love her beaming smiles in these photos!!

My little guy

It's been a while since I did a shoot with my little man Colin. Ugh...I'm sure all mothers say this, but he's growing so fast. I can't believe he's a few months away from being 3.

Kerttula Sisters :: Newborn & 3 year photos

I enjoyed this session with the lovely Kerttula sisters, Libby and her newborn sister Evie. Libby was full of smiles and her little sis was quite alert for much of our session, but with some patience & milk, we got some of her sleeping & being held by her sis. They are so sweet!!
