I was so excited to do a wintery photo shoot with the Jorgensens and use my little vintage sled. We were lucky to have snow for these photos! We snuck them a couple weeks ago just before it all melted.

This is the adorable family of one of my favorite co-workers Sarah. I love how they chose to coordinate with the kids in brown and grandparents in red...makes all the difference in a group photo.

The Prose Family :: St. Anthony Main

I don't think I expected that photography would be something that would allow me to re-connect with old friends and make so many new ones! Getting to see my high school or old college buddies as Mommies is just so fun! Kim is a friend I met freshmen year in college and got to know her better when we studied abroad. I was so thrilled to take her family photos this fall.

Jackie's Cuties :: Downtown Carver

I'll never forget the day when my long time friend Jackie told me she was moving back to MN from Chicago and was going to live in Chaska literally minutes from my house. Best day ever!! It's been so fun being able to see her and her adorable Clara & Isaac more often!! We had a great time playing in the leaves and taking photos on a lovely fall day in Carver. I'm just loving Clara's big smiles and Isaac's blue eyes!

The Horn Family :: Portrait Session

This spring I donated a gift certificate for a family session to a friend's church fundraiser. This family was the winner! Turns out they live a couple doors down behind us! So fun to meet them and to now know another family in our hood! Also, this was my first time photographing twins. I just love their matching tie dye t-shirts!

Brekke & Ardie the Aardvark!

Greta (one of my favorite co-workers) and I did a quick session last Tuesday night for her son's 9 month photos. The leaves and light were perfect. At first Brekke was a little more interested in eating the leaves vs. smiling at the camera, but once we got out his favorite stuffed animal Ardie the Aardvark plus a few puff treats we were getting all smiles. My very favorite is the one of Breck showing Ardie his big leaf. Too cute!!

The Foley Family :: Hidden Falls Park

I was in love with this sweet girl! She had such an easy going disposition. Six months is such a wonderful age to document. You can capture your little one’s personality and they are not yet running away from the camera. I just love doing family and baby sessions outdoors this time of year. Mom and dad are so in love with their little Kiera and it shows in these images.

Had a great time taking family photos for our dear friends Jeremy and Connie & their little Dominic. Loving how the blue building as a background turned out! Such a pretty spot on St. Anthony Main!!
